  • Deposit Bookings: A 10% deposit will be taken at the time of confirmation, with remainder due by February 15, 2026. You will receive an email upon booking that includes a link to pay the remainder - please keep this email as it is how you will pay the outstanding amount. If we do not receive payment by February 15, 2026 you will be sent one reminder notification. Your booking will be forefeited if we do not received the outstanding amount after this reminder.

  • Expeditions and Full Day Rides must be booked by December 15, 2026 and are subject to availability to be eligible for the 2025 pricing.
