Booking Policy
❋ Hourly Rides
Bookings can be made up until 2 hours ahead of the ride. We cannot accept walk-ins.
❋ Half Day and Day Rides
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours ahead of the ride.
❋ 3 & 4 Day Expeditions
Bookings must be made 7 days ahead of the trips.
You will receive an electronic waiver link in your confirmation email - all riders in your group must sign the electronic waiver prior to arrival.

Book Now, Pay Over Time Options
Canadian guests can choose to split their booking into monthly payments at checkout using Visa or Mastercard. This allows you to secure your spot now without paying the full amount upfront.
All payment details and any associated terms will be clearly outlined during checkout.

Pay in Your Own Currency
International guests have the option to view and complete their booking in their local currency at checkout.
You’ll be able to select your preferred currency before payment, with full transparency on the final amount before confirming your booking.

24 hours’ prior notice for a full refund.

24 hours prior notice for a full refund.
❋ 3 & 4 Day Expeditions
7 days prior for a full refund, 6-3 days for a 50% refund, 2 days and under -no refund

If you are sick or think you are, please advise us, and we will cancel your booking with a full refund.
